Have an idea for a project or activity?

CAEL existing volunteers currently only have capacity to work on existing projects.  If you have any new ideas for projects / ideas (fantastic!) then it would be wonderful if you lead on them and make them happen. CAEL is more than happy to help support getting your idea up and running through any of its’ resources which include:

• Making use of CAEL website, social media and newsletter

• Contacts

• Use of the phone box

• Avenues for applying for funding through the umbrella body Sustaining Dunbar

• Facilitation skills which could be used for facilitating meetings if helpful

• Experience in setting up projects and activities (many of us have learnt the hard way, and have learnt a lot which can be shared to help future projects and activities be successful!)

• Events team

• Project management advice / sharing of what has been learnt from past experience
